JAA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH DFKANZ

Sydney, NSW - The Jewellers Association of Australia today announced that it has partnered with DFK Australia New Zealand to provide a tailored accountancy and business education program to JAA members.

The Better Business Series will enable JAA members to develop their financial and accountancy skills through interactive online masterclasses delivered by world-class DFKANZ professionals in taxation, audit, assurance, and strategy.

Jo Tory, JAA President, said: “We are excited to partner with DFKANZ to deliver further value to members. I know from experience that running a jewellery business can be challenging but immensely rewarding at the same time, if you have the right tools to achieve your goals. DFKANZ, as an association of fourteen accountancy and business advisory firms located across Australia and New Zealand, has proven it has the expertise and reach to provide practical training JAA members need to grow and succeed.”

DFKANZ CEO Cheree Woolcock said members can expect to receive customised guidance and resources from experts who understand the challenges small businesses face.

“Our independent, fully accredited member firms handle clients’ accounting, taxation, audit and assurance requirements in addition to complex business advisory and consultancy services, delivered in a way that makes sense. No jargon. No acronyms. As small business owners ourselves we understand the challenges and pains that get in the way of your pathways to growth.”

“I urge all JAA members to register for the first online masterclass taking place on 8th August on how to take control of your cashflow for maximum returns,” Ms Woolcock said.

The Better Business Series is the first in a series of programs released by the JAA and DFKANZ to help members grow their businesses and achieve greater commercial success.
