The Role
As a jeweller at Watson’s Jewellers, you will play a vital role in bringing our customers’ dreams to life. From repairs and custom creations to setting stones and polishing perfection, your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and repair fine jewellery, including resizing, stone setting, and polishing.
• If suited, collaborate with customers and the team to design and craft bespoke pieces.
• Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work.
• Ensure the workshop and tools are well-maintained and organised.
• Provide professional advice regarding jewellery care and options.
What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified jeweller with experience in jewellery design, manufacturing and repair.
• Expertise in working with gold, platinum, diamonds, and other precious materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to bring unique jewellery designs to life.
• Ability to manage workflow to meet reasonable deadlines
• Experience with laser soldering preferred
