Manufacturing Jeweller - Venetia Major - Bespoke Jewellery

Venetia Major - Bespoke Jewellery has been established in Canberra for 13 years and has just opened their first studio / gallery space in Hall. Hall is a quaint little village just 24 minutes from the centre of Canberra.

We are looking for a confident and mature person who is a fully qualified jeweller to join our busy studio.

Duties will include:

  • Jewellery repairs (laser welder available)
  • Hand makes
  • Assembling CADs
  • Minor setting jobs (advanced setting skills an advantage)
Secondary duties only as required:
  • Greeting customers
  • Answering phone
  • Phoning customers

Current open hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday but working days and times are negotiable, as is wages. Three (3) month trial will apply.

We specialise in custom bespoke jewellery, repairs, ring re-sizing, restorations and remodelling, chain repairs, cleaning and polishing. Weekdays 5 days a week. Excellent friendly work culture.

  • Good communication skills to liaise with sales staff
  • Able to work independently
