CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

We regret that you have reason to make a complaint to the Association. If you require general advice regarding buying or selling jewellery please call or email us - Contact UsIf efforts to resolve an issue with a JAA member has proved unsuccessful, the JAA will attempt to mediate a successful outcome via our complaints mediation process or suggest a way forward. The JAA cannot legally enforce a resolution or settlement to achieve an outcome.

Please note the JAA is unable to offer the complaints mediation process if you have already lodged a complaint with your State consumer body, such as Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs.
